  1. So if nobody understands what he saying basically you should eat a lot of meat but cut all of the junk food like chips,any other snacks,and sugary stuff

  2. I am on the BBBE CHALLENGE for the first Time in my life. I lost 8 pounds on the first week! I am currently on week number 2 and I cant wait to this coming Sunday ( March 22, 2026) to find out how Much I have lost… God bless you all πŸ’ž

  4. Keto/low carb makes me feel so hungry and so horrible in the first couple days. Like I want to lose weight but man I hate feeling so horrible. I just want it to be sustainable.
