  1. Josh, i believed in you, but i did not get my answers. I have zero issues with the prepping part but eating it!

    Three days are maximum for eating prepped meals. I hate microwaved food. Salads get soggy, eating cold rice is not nice. The sandwich wont be crunchy the hour later.

    I would love to find someone who can make/explain prepped meals tasting actually good on the next day. I hope it will be you, I am looking forward to it.

  2. There is no chance that it takes you 15 minutes to season and bag the chicken, wash and start the rice, and make a salad and dressing from scratch with a charred and peeled pepper.
