I meditate on the Bible using the rosary. Up until I was about 60 I could almost envision the Bible as if I was watching a color movie. Iβm 73 now and itβs starting to get worse. I think maybe I should add some more different types of meditation. I like the way when you walk you watched your feet. Thatβs something I used to do as a teenager, Iβll try it again.
It’s great to tell an ADHD person that they should meditate but how the hell do you calm your freaking brain long enough to meditate even for 5 minutes. I get bored. My mind wanders. And it is so annoying for anybody to tell me that I need to meditate because I can’t!
Iβm just starting my meditation practice π I was diagnosed with ADHD last year.
