  1. Thank you sir for your expertise ❤ You convinced me to stop drinking alcohol. Sober 6 weeks after being a heavy drinker for the past 5 years. My sleep and energy are so much better now!

  2. Great content Dr London! We also talk about this similar topic on our podcast and how our health goals evolve as we age. The perspective of a doctor and lawyer and professional in general hopefully helps the audience understand that we all struggle with similar goals, wants, and needs. Thanks for your content!

  3. Dr. London, I bookmarked this video for reference, and I often come back to it to reiterate the fundamentals of good health. Thank you again for everything you do, your videos are helping immensely! 🎉

  4. I haven’t seen one of your videos in about a year and when you popped up in my social media feed again I immediately thought how much better you looked. I assumed you had stopped drinking alcohol. Your inflammation is down, the color of your skin is much improved, even your voice sounds better. Kudos to you for being so self-disciplined, it’s hard when so many celebrations and social obligations are centered around drinking! Great content!
