You have to be careful with beets because beets are high in sugar. I like beets but when I spoke to my dads doctors about him eating beets because he is a heart patient they said, no because that will spike his ac1 levels. The best thing is to find out what’s best for your body and limit fried foods. Some natural foods are high in sugar which can still affect your blood pressure. Niacin is a good way to lower the blood pressure, garlic and lemon. Find the natural food that can thin out the blood and relax the arteries. I’m spicy sensitive, my blood pressure can be perfect but if I eat something spicy my pressure elevates out the roof. I use to take cayenne pepper pills because I was told that cayenne pepper relaxes the vessels but while taking them my blood pressure would not be within normal range. Once I stopped the my pressure lowered. I take magnesium, Niacin, black seed oil and apple cider vinegar supplements. I just had a complete physical and all was well. The fried foods and processed is what’s eating most of people alive.
